Our sauces
Once upon a time back in 2007 we decided to get creative with the Christmas presents and with the help of Juans mum Frances, we began making our own Mojo Sauces.
Over the next two years we decided they were just so delicious that we needed to share them with everyone so in 2009 we launched Guancheros Sauce Co.
Our Mojo Sauces are perfect for every occasion, traditionally they are added to meals of fish, bread and salty potatoes, but they are also great to use as a dip or a marinade and you can roast, bake and fry in them too. They are perfect with vegetables, fresh breads, chicken, meats and fish.
You can add them to recipes for biscuits, breads and scones, pop some on a pizza, drizzle on jacket potatoes or just add some to your everyday meals.
Our sauces have no added emulsifiers or other added ingredients so just 'Shake Your Mojo' and enjoy!
Parsley Mojo Sauce
Parsley Mojo Sauce is made from fresh flat leaf parsley, garlic, olive oil, herbs, white wine vinegar, spices & salt, it's great with fish.
Coriander Mojo Sauce
Coriander Mojo Sauce is made from fresh coriander, garlic, olive oil, herbs, white wine vinegar, spices & salt and it's fantastic with chicken and pork.
Chilli Mojo Sauce
Chilli Mojo Sauce is made from sunflower oil, garlic, red peppers, red chillies, white wine vinegar, spices & salt. It's nice and mild, full of flavour, perfect with prawns, beef and cheese, well - just about anything really!
