MOJO sauces can be used in lots of different and exciting ways.

MOJO Pasta

Ingredients
150g of Pasta
3 tbsp of Cream
1/3 bottle Mojo Sauce
Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to instructions
When pasta is drained put back into the warm pan,
Mix in cream and Mojo Sauce and Parmesan, season to taste! Serve with tomato salad, olives and warm bread.
The perfect dips!

Ingredients
Your favourite mayonaise and your favourite mojo sauce!
Instructions
Just mix together and chill in the fridge until ready to use. Perfert served with bread and crudites, tortilla chips or even potato chips!
Super Coriander Sauce

Ingredients
Butter - 40g + 10g plain or sauce flour - 20g
425ml milk
1/2 tub of plain soft cheese
1/4 bottle of Coriander Mojo Sauce
Salt & pepper
Instructions
You are making a roux sauce here but with a twist! Gently melt butter, take off heat and mix in flour - don't panic! Use a balloon whisk.
While still off the heat gradually add a little milk, keep adding the milk a little at a time until it begins to look more like a watery porridge texture.
Put back on a low heat and gradually add the rest of the flour whisking and warming as you go. It takes a while so don't be tempted to walk away - keep it moving gently, but when it begins to thicken, take off the heat and add the soft cheese and the Mojo Sauce.
Put back on the heat until nice and thick and then just before serving add the extra butter! Yum!
I like mine poured over pork or chicken, mmmm...
